Every October we highly recommend Fescue lawns be Core-Aerated and Overseeded. We want you to get your money’s worth and it’s very important the lawn is prepared for this service. This includes proper watering as well as the marking of all sprinkler heads. Every year before the season, we research the best seed available. All seed is not the same! The best seed combined with the best fertilizer leaves your lawn the best it can be.
Fungicide Applications
Atlanta is known for it’s hot and humid weather in the summer months. Fungus thrives in these conditions and it’s important to watch for spots or discoloring during these months.
